Safety First

Children's mind is like a sponge. They absorb things fast compare to adults. And they learn faster.

I'm a chauffeur to both my kids - I drive them to or fro school, to the grandparents' house, to pasar malam and to the mall. Thus, I always make sure anyone on the passenger seat would fasten the seat belt.

According to my son, that includes anything placed on the passenger seat~
Little Chi insisted to put on the seat belt for this box. Duh!

By the way, the box is my Christmas gift from my son's babysitter which consists of a Happy Grill Pan (HGP) :D

Last but not least, I'm wishing everyone here:

A Wonderful Year Ahead and Happy New Year 2013!

  21. Yes children are good imitators so better be careful with your choice of words. Used the wrong words then you hear it back from them haha. Happy New Year 2013.

  22. Gelukkige Nuwe Jaar, Yvonne! That's Afrikaans for Happy New Year. I'll wait till Chinese New Year before I try to do that in Hokkien or Chinese or any of the other two dozen languages you speak! :D

I love this photo and your son's quirky ideas. I wish I had safety belts for my books at home in Tokyo ... it would come in very handy during earthquakes! :p
